Very convenient and professional. Located on Township Line Road, with plenty of parking near the entrance. Paloma was very friendly and efficient with my new patient onboarding process, and Dr. Lora was also very pleasant and capable.

I had a 10am appointment. I arrived at 10:05, spoke to the desk and sat down to wait. I wasn't told that she had to take someone ahead of me or that my lateness was an issue. At 10:45, I asked what was going on and was told by the desk person that the dentist "is very thorough" so her appointments take longer. Okay. At 11:05 I still hadn't been called and said I was going to go. No response. So I left.
