It's been almost a year and they still haven't been back to finish. Called multiple times and I keep being told someone is either gonna come out and look at it, there waiting for a part, or some one will get back to me. I've had multiple issues with them between my bedroom flooding. Basement flooding and damaging electrical wires which they said wasn't there fault every time. I just want this done so we can close this chapter
