Knowledgeable and helpful, friendly doctor a staff, sometimes a bit of a wait.
I've been going to him for a year and find that he is much better than my last podiatrist. He does a more thorough and complete job cutting my nails and filing down my calluses. He's a great conversationalist and is a friendly person, putting me at ease.
I was referred to Dr Rosenberg from Covered California, I was having foot pain and my toes looked like the becoming deformed. He gave me something was like aspirin, ordered X-rays and told me to come back with my work shoes, so I did and he didn’t have any answers for me except not slide into my shoes because they aren’t slippers and wanted me to come back in a few weeks. Please refer to 3/19 review. Went to a doctor that I trusted and found out after CAT scan that I had enough wrong with my ankle to require possible surgery to fix it. Dr. Rosenberg refused to order a scan. Oh, about the bet the doctor made that nothing was wrong with my ankle, just normal post op pain. No he didn't honor his wager. Please use this doctor only as your last possible option.
I had a very poor 1st and final experience. I had arrived 15 minutes early to the appointment and filled out the paperwork. I waited 30 minutes in the waiting room before being led into the physician room. I had to wait another 15 minutes in the room. I decided to leave and try my luck with another doctor. The real problem was the communication was lacking. I guess there was an emergency with another patient which was given to me when I was leaving.
I went in to get my foot looked at Dr recommended to get an MRI, took 3 weeks to get MRI. after MRI went back to Dr. and he said I need a boot as I have tendonitis. Said I could either buy one of his or wait for approval from my insurance another 3 weeks. I knew it was covered so I waited. Got approval and had to wait another 3 weeks to get fitted. I guess their velcro specialist was on vacation. boot wore out 2 months later and they tried to sell me another. insurance said it was again covered.
I went in on a referral from my ins. This Dr. Just explained to me just consider it as freckles an there is no way to rid the blemish an discolored spots from ankle to calf so he really does not have an answer for foot condition with skin discolor. Or if you don't have diabetes related to loosing you foot or toes this cares less about his younger patients age 44 an another wait 30days to see another . specialist very upset with Vist
