This was the worse experience I ever had renting any place. The pool broke right after we moved in and instead of fixing it they let the cleaners come every month so they could continue charging us for it. The air conditioning broke on 2 different occasions and was out for over a month each time. At one point it was over 100 degrees in the house. Upon move out they are trying to charge us 2400 plus dollars more than half of that for painting so they can flip it for the next tenants. These people are the lowliest parasit... read more
