Great place, a great location, great everything. Things are always improving. I live at the Rosenbaum Plaza. I'm not planning on moving any time soon. If you are looking for someplace to live this is it.

Caregiver, I’ve worked in the building for 8 months and the original managers sucked. The new manager lashawna works very hard to improve the environment of the building. A lot of things have changed since I’ve been working there, she’s made a big positive impact. It’s a lot cleaner, safer with new security and I overall feel more comfortable coming to work. This place seems like a totally new after the new manager. The apartment itself is spacious, well-maintained, The management is incredibly responsive and always ensures that everything is in perfect order.

I've been a caregiver for a redidn't hear for a little over a year now. When I first started, there were a lot of problems, management was never around and nobody could get anything fixed problems with residents. And so on over the past few a few months. The new management here has made things a lot better on-site almost every day. And does her best to take care of issyes maintenance is stepped up quite a bit and finally getting fixed another another issue's as well-being repaired as of now. Very well recommend amazing staff

I am a caregiver for multiple in the building. Rosenbaum has helped many people transition from being unhoused to having a place to call home. It has given people the gift of stability and a better life. They have programs to assist people with food, supplies, phones and more. The current manager and previous managers are working with limited federal fundings and yet still put their heart and souls into helping this building as best as they can.
