I had originally given this place a 5-star rating after my first visit but I called them back and made a second appointment with Dr. Rosenbaum. At the time his wife was working the front desk, but she was not the person I spoke to when scheduling the second appointment. I ended up having to call back and spoke with her the second time around and when she found out I had scheduled an appointment earlier that day with her husband doctor Rosenbaim she lost it!
