my son was a patient in the pediatric group. the dentists and assistants are very friendly and great with children. BUT reception staff is awful. of the 3 visits to this office, twice after waiting an hour, i had to speak with an office manager to have my son seen. on the third and final visit, i only had to wait 45 minutes to have him seen (haha). after the dentist saw my son, i was directed to a desk to make a follow up appointment. i went up to the desk, greeted the woman behind the desk and asked to make an appointment a... read more
