Horrible staff who are rude and lie about fees and hang up when you confront them about it beware !!!! The front desk staff give a lot of attitude to patients, which makes the experience uncomfortable. They really need to improve how they speak to patients and use a more professional and friendly manner. A little kindness and respect would go a long way in making patients feel welcome. Friendly and efficient staff. Was able to meet with Dr. Rosen at time of my appointment. Dr. Rosen is a friendly Dr. and explained all aspects of my exam and possible treatment. He was very helpful in suggesting treatment options which were all based on what would be best for me. I’d highly recommend Rosen Veincare.
I made an appointment and cancelled. A week later a lady from there called me to see if I want to make an appointment again lol uhh obviously I would call if I wanted to do that but I was nice and said no I’m not interested in another appointment . Today they called me again twice this month asking if I wanna make an appointment yeah kinda seems desperate of them :/ and calling me during work hours not the best idea.
I will be forever grateful to Dr Rosen for taking care of my vericose veins. Dr Rosen is an excellent physician and an extraordinary human being. He took care of vericose veins giving me the freedom of using my legs again with no pain or discomfort.
