Dr. Suzanne Rosen is an outstanding doctor. I have been blessed with her professional services for over a decade. As a senior citizen, sometimes we are pushed to the side or rushed but Dr. Rosen cares so much about all her patients and she is so loving. She always is checking up on my lab work and tests. If you like over 1 hour wait times and then being rushed at the appointment this is your dr. Very disorganized office went in to go over lab results they could not find them . All this after waiting over an hour.
I had an appointment yesterday for my 86 year old mother with Dr. Rosen. We were were 20 min.s late (I called to let them know)-trapped in traffic-but they refused to let us in. Dr. was overbooked and behind so we had to pay the price to get her back on schedule - simply BAD MANAGEMENT. My Mom was in pain and waited 3 mos. for the appt. and a long drive out there - this office is so overloaded they have no room left for human empathy. AVOID THIS OFFICE AND DR.
