Robert was great helped me get my key fab working
After 60 years and several hundred experiences with parts department personnel Lonzell is by far the best example of superb customer service.
My parts servicer was Robert and he was amazing. I called before I came and explained the issue with my car not recognizing my key. He informed me, "Come right in and I'll help." He went above that and taught me how to get my car started if the battery ever went out "I've had my car 3yrs and Never knew." He also, showed me that the key wasn't correctly cut for my vehicle, due to having a local locksmith replace it prior. He cut and replaced the battery super fast!!
