I was served by Lonzel, he was very professional and courteous and knew exactly what I needed, and I feel that these are the type of people that makes a business stand out from the rest.
Lonzell Alexander went above and beyond my expectations in finding my coolant reservoir for my 2010 Kia Rio we were both looking at the Kia website and catalog and the part that was on there was not correct and he brought that to the higher-ups and found out it was a problem in the catalog and was able to get my part and have it delivered within a few days awesome customer service. Some one get this guy a raise!
