The service team was helpful and courteous. Sherry was positive and easy to work with on the phone and during pickup and drop off.
No follow-up. Finance manager said, he’d make sure someone called me and shook my hand. Guess what? Never got a call. Very unprofessional. Their excuse is that they are very busy. Too busy to sell a car.
Frankie was very helpful, informative and provided me with education about buying my new car. This was overall a great experience
