Had a great experience working with Eduardo when purchasing a new car and first car from Hyundai. He was so kind, patient, and was never in a pressured situation unlike at another dealership. He responded promptly when I reached out but I never received endless calls/tests trying to make a deal. The buying experience was quite good. Not high pressure, the delivery was less so. I bought the car on Saturday to be delivered on Monday and it took me 5 hours of calling to reach the salesman. At that point I was told the the car would not be ready because a part was on "backorder" when I asked which part he could not answer. I was promised that the passenger door sensor would be replaced. I usually don’t like car shopping, but my experience at Rosen Hyundai was great. Our salesperson, Peter was professional and good to work with, as well as Jen the finance officer. The only thing I have issue with is getting a copy of my paperwork. Instead of me choosing a hard copy, I agreed to have them emailed to me. I purchased my vehicle on 5/14, and I’m still haven’t received the paperwork.
