I wanted to test drive their ioniq. They had two sitting in the show room. I was told I could not test drive one of them, so I left. Apparently they didnt want to sell me a car I wanted.

On July 7, I scheduled an appointment with Rosen Hyundai for my 2016 Hyundai Accent and explained that another repair shop had already replaced the coils, spark plugs, and battery but believed the problem was either an electrical issue or a failed ECU (main computer). I specifically told Rosen this when making the appointment. On July 8, I received a $284.69 diagnostic estimate. I experienced what I believe was a racist encounter with an employee named David. I came in because my car kept stalling. While I was waiting in line, David called me over to his counter because it was open and the line was getting long. Almost immediately, he began raising his voice at me and questioning how my previous visit had been handled.
