Would have been an ok stay if they hadn't put $822.20 in holds on my account for a 2 night stay. The luggage service folks were also pretty rude. Staff was unsympathetic and really didn't give a crap. Don't stay here.

Great hotel! But they charged me for someone else’s room and over a week later no one has called me to correct it!

We stayed 2 nights and everything was great! One adult and one toddler, unless you need to leave to go to a park or amusement, you don’t have to leave this hotel/Resort. Great for relaxing getaway.

In all of my travels - I have never stayed at a place that had such poor customer service or lack of empathy in an emergency situation. The staff was called on 3 occasions to prevent a mishap when we arrived. Each time we were told not to worry - come check in at 9:30pm and the reality of chaos loomed. Even asked for a supervisor and we did not see one after over an hour plus??? Professionalism is at the heart of customer service and this establishment lacked big time this weekend. Bons quartos, excelente localização, ótimo atendimento. Nossa viagem foi incrível a Orlando, e o Rosen Centre com certeza é uma das melhores opções para se hospedar na cidade.
