This is the most unprofessional hotel we have ever stayed in. Our rooms were not ready until after 5 for us to check in. The hotels reason was they were sold out the night before. There Valet Parking insisted that it needed to be paid at the stand vs the room. The hotel staff was unfriendly and accommodating with the exception of the Bellman. Every issue bought to the staffs attention was directed back as if it was something that was my fault.
