For Brenda Urgell at Rosen, I have found her to be totally patient and understanding, thoroughly helpful even after the purchase date.
I took my Honda in for service after receiving an "under new ownership" ad. It did not go well. Service manager never returned my call (shows you they don't care). Someone from "corporate" returned my call, then said "things go wrong, but what is important is how it is handled". I could not agree more. But then she never followed up either! I asked if the service advisor works in commission, because mine acted as if he did. She refused to answer. If he didn't, you would think she would be eager to tell me so.
