They're all sweet and kind to you in the first year, then they want you out. Welcome to the new norm. Lots of leaks and piping problems, after the first patch fix repair they would rather you just move out so they can gut it and continue to make a profit off whoever is willing to rent it next. They allow pets but will not enforce any sort of quiet time, we have a dog on almost every other level that has to bark at the slightest sound they hear. I’ve lived here for over six years now. It’s quite nice. I do like it. Over the years we’ve had many cleaners but none like MARIELA. Her dedication and hard work is exceptional. The building has never been cleaner. She’s also super friendly, always nice to see her in the morning
