They have no care for residents, rather they treat you like a customer at the bank. I'm only here because of a sunk cost fallacy, They'll respond saying they're sorry they haven't met expectations then do very little about what I bring up They noticed all the laundromats around are closed and have decided to increase the laundry machines by 50 cents this year. My experience in working with Kim Campbell, my agent with InterRent was exceptional. She understood my needs and went above and beyond to help me find my next home. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to sign for the New St location, having found a more suitable location but would highly recommend Kim and should my needs change, I would definitely contact her in the future and wish her all the best!
Aya was absolutely wonderful to work with, she went above and beyond to make the process of renting an apartment very easy and for that I am truly grateful. She truly took the time to make sure I found the right space for my needs and was extremely patient with me when I needed her assistance to get all the paperwork that was required together.
