Profits first, tenants last. Since December I have been complaining about regular loud noise disturbances from a new tenant above me. Noise going as late as 5am. Ive complained countless times and only have been told that theu take the complains very seriously. I have emailed them video proof of it. They still do not act and allow hammering, dragging things across the floors, loud movies, loud music, jumping into the early hours of the morning midweek.
