If you lock yourself out of your apt, you get directed to a call center who says of you are locked out after hours you can’t be get back into your apartment and have to call and pay for a locksmith. They basically said maintenance has the option to decline lock out after hours when their after hours automated system has an option for after hour lock out.I pay almost 2k just to be told to pay to get into the apartment.
Called over 10 times just for them to not answer. My friend John who’s been living here for a few months hates it. Front office needs to be more attentive and stop with lies. Don’t sell a dream. Sell me 12 happy months. This place has gotten a bit GetToe.
Ive been living on property for 20yrs and ive seen management come and go. However, this team has been very attentive and professional. Might i add Ms. Tammy Green has gone above and beyond to always make sure that my needs are met and always showcases the utmost respect and professionalism. Im thankful to have someone like her in my corner and on property to make things so much easier. Maintanence has also been above and beyond since changing companies as well. Thank you to you all.
A Harrowing Experience at Towson Apartments I was left utterly appalled by my experience at Towson Apartments. From the moment I stepped inside, it was clear that this was not the sanctuary one would expect when paying such exorbitant rent. The building is overrun with roaches and rodents, making even the simplest act of living a constant battle against unsanitary conditions. I had the absolute pleasure of touring with Tina, and I can't recommend her enough! From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. She took the time to answer all of my questions, provided detailed information about the property, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process.
