Mice and roaches !!! Run. The people in the front drag their feet just like maintenance. I’ve been here less than 2 months and I absolutely hate it. Apartment had hella issues the first week. Maintenance and paint jobs look rushed. Would not recommend
Very borrowing experience. Although the unit was very spacious and a great view overlooking the pool. My apartment uni t was Infested with mice. I’ve stayed there for 2 years caught over 12 mice in the unit. I reached out to have extermination but nothing worked. I intended on renewing but had to move out earlier than intended due to the rodents.
DO NOT LIVE HERE, UPDATED REVIEW BELOW. THIS REVIEW WAS BEFORE I OFFICIALLY MOVED IN! Town Apartments has been an amazing living experience for me. Being a young renter, I was nervous about moving into a new apartment. Brenda and Sean made sure that my experience was easy and stress free. I feel very safe living here as there is 24 hour on call security. Don’t even get me started on the amenities, they are unbeatable for the price. Tina is the most friendly agent we’ve ever worked with. She’s responsive, friendly, informative, kind and intelligent. Apartments here are all very well priced and amenities are abundant. Highly recommended!
