WORST PLACE EVER MICE INFESTATION
Lisa of the TowsonTown apartments is a very knowledgeable agent and very professional she shows a lot of pride in helping her clients when it comes to make sure they have all the information for the complex that is needed.
Here are some (not all) of the issues I had in the first six months of living here: 1. dozens of pigeons living on balcony (poop and feathers everywhere, took 3+ months to resolve) 2. Broken doors, light fixtures, blinds 3. Mice infestation (took two maintenance requests and multiple weeks to resolve) 4. Huge cracks appearing floor to ceiling all throughout apartment (they never bothered to address this by the way, just ignored my maintenance calls) 5. I’ve been living here for almost a year and am counting down the days til my lease ends. Don’t let the cheap rent fool you. The unit I live in itself is nice, but has been FULL of issues since before I even moved in. This will be the first review of many since I have so much to include, and if you don’t see more than one, just know that they’re removing my posts.
