I work for a major insurance company doing customer service for members with a medical plan. I had called this office and confirmed with Raquel that they understood the member's benefits and plan, and scheduled an appointment, but they called the member back to cancel. I reached back out to Rosemont Optometric, and reached Gail, who was rude and dismissive. They spend a lot of time with you examining your eyes.
Speedy and friendly! I loved going here for an eye exam. The staff were very helpful. Wide selection of quality frames available too.
I've been their customer for about 12 years. I love their selection and pricing. Now for the bad: the staff apparently is overworked and can't make an adjustment to accommodate patients who wear more than one pair and used my hard earned insurance.
