Disappointed but not surprised. There is no compassion or humanity in this company. They do not honor or respect loyalty. I lived here for 5 years. I’ve dealt with harassment from other tenants, faulty appliances, having to pay monthly for “24 hour” amenities that are incredibly restricted. This property has bounced hands so many times it’s made my head spin and each new owner is more cruel than the last. I called this property and asked for the property manager. I'd have better luck getting the president of the United States calling me back. We're at three weeks now with zero acknowledgement. This was after the leasing person that was trying to avoid handing me over to the manager asked me 25 questions to do everything in his power to intervene and be nosy. The best part of living here is the location. It’s close to many stores and shopping. Outside of the location I highly do not recommend. To begin my deposit was twice as much as I was originally told when I actually came to sign the lease. This complex is the definition of “nickeling and diming”. They charge for things you won’t even use. I was charged “vacant fees” for 3 months in row due to not having utilities set up when I in fact did have utilities set up. The new management has been amazing!!! They always help where they can. John is always on it. He's very informative and I ask plenty of questions. He knows what he's doing and you can tell. Very smart guy. Greystar has been an answer to my prayers. This is a community based apartment complex now. They gave away free breakfast and we had bingo the other night, which was so much fun!
