If you're thinking of moving here, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, ESPECIALLY if you have kids! We have lived here for over 3 years and we had no problems with old management but when we transferred apartments and the new management took over everything went downhill and fast! Not only was nothing done to our new unit like they said, things are half assed and unless it's an emergency don't expect for your maintenance requests to actually be done correctly. Update: Living here has been a frustrating experience. Management is constantly changing, yet nothing ever improves. The new owners are just as bad as the previous ones. They finally opened the gym, but it’s not 24/7, and they don’t even provide wipes or any way to clean the equipment. To make things worse, they held a grand opening event for a facility that is clearly still under construction. Last night, I got stuck in the gym because the door wasn’t working properly. Would not recommend anyone to live here. Ohh and I stayed in building 9 apartment 921.
How am I supposed to access the gym that clearly states 24 hours??????? The clubhouse is included in our stay here and we can't access it because it's locked!? And then not only that. We are paying for trash service which has only picked up our trash twice! Since it started months ago, and then we keep getting roped into different fees here and there and not informed about it til after the fact!
I have been a resident for nearly 3 years and re-signed my lease around the time Greystar took over. Now I wish I hadn't. They upcharge a bunch of stuff and change nothing. Doubling fees (water and sewer has doubled even though I know the water usage has been the same) and hidden fees (new "community lighting" electric fees when residents pay for their OWN electricity individually via Marietta Power.
