if you’re military, don’t move here. they give you a hard time with military orders. when we first moved in, they attempted to cash our check TWICE. when we went to the front the short woman with glasses looked irritated we brought it up. that was not resolved but taking a trip to the bank put us at piece of mind. other than that, kids jumping on your car or homeless people getting it on behind the complex dumpster. also the horrible maintenance to the trees in the parking lot scratching the paint off your car. somehow someo... read more
The property itself isnt anything special paint crumbling and buildings that arent taken care of add in kids running around acting like they own the place and trying to get into open cars just run plenty of other places in the area to rent from
Pretty bad.
The one good thing is the views that is where it ends. The place looks like its falling apart and has a roach issues. Kids run around and have seen them breaking into cars. At night when the office is closed is even worse. All the issues isnt worth the views.
My best friend just moved in not long ago kids run that place and are complete bullies i watched my friends kid get hit in the face and the other kids parents laugh the daughter called the cops she was fearing her safety dont blame her when she was hit and just today while I was sitting with her kids and a few others playing other neighborhood kids for no reason called the cops making false accusations against my friends kids in retaliation of them being called on now everytime they even walk to the car they are called upon ... read more
