I had an appointment to tour an apartment, I got there a few minutes early and the lady at the front was on a personal call, that she didn’t sound happy to get off of, when I told her I had an appointment she proceeded to let me know they couldn’t do showing when it’s snowing (no one called or texted to cancel, they only texted to confirm) and she was extremely rude and condescending the entire conversation.
