MANAGER IS A SNOTTY RUDE MISERABLE PERSON WITH NO RESPECT FOR ANYBODY! Her name is Linda, she is nice at first to lure you in. I m a tenant and let me tell you her job has her mind corrupted and warped! She will get in your face and yell at you like an army drill Sargent! Especially if you have an visitor in a 300 POUND wheelchair, she will demand that handicap individual to pickup their 300 POUND electric wheelchair up 2-3 story set of stairs. Cause according to her knowledge wheelchairs are not allowed. but Rosemont haves ... read more
Hello, my name is David and my wife's name is Julie, We moved to the Rosemont @ Highland Park in February of 2009, and we just moved February 2011, The 2 years we were there were great, I don't know about 'gun shots' I mean sure maybe once or twice in the 2 yrs I was there but not on a daily. I'm not sure what building you were in but my building was great! I became friends with all of them, and we had absolutely no problems at all, and the management staff was great, and I always got my work orders done on time, I loved and... read more

Planing to move this place??? Think one more time i say..I lived there for over a year..Good price,good quality.On the beggining things were ok but too many vilonce,noise,trouble neighbors..If you ok with idea that you would hear screams,laughs on midnite gohead and rent there.I couldnt stand,not very family enviremant

hi...the rosemont apt.are BAD..i hear gun shot a least once a week if you have kids do not move there its not safe!! AND THE MANAGMENT THERE DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE RESEDENTS WHAT SO EVER..WELL AFTER ALL THEY DONT HAVE TO LIVE THERE!!!!!
