I came into the office with a simple question, but the receptionist interrupted me before I could even finish speaking and started scrolling on her phone and was very dismissive. It was rude and unprofessional. Residents deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect.
Great property! Pierre Jean-Louis was welcoming, professional, and very friendly. He made the experience smooth and enjoyable. I also love how dog-friendly this community is, which is a huge plus for pet owners. Definitely a place I’d recommend living or adding to your must visit list!
