The apartments are very nice and Naomi was great!
We came for a tour with Naomi and she was an absolute pleasure and the apartments are so beautiful with a good price to match it! We were sold and Naomi has definitely helped make this process so smooth and she’s greatly appreciated! Give her a raise !!!

I have lived at Rosemont at East Cobb for 5 years and have loved it all the way through. They have traded management a couple times, but the current management is really reinvesting into the community through the shared spaces and the leasing office. The community is really quiet, conveniently located, and overall a great place to live. Also, Kareem is an amazing maintenance person who has been able to solve every issue I had in my residency.
Naomi was such a joy ✨🩵 she convinced me through the tour to live there and I am so excited! The property is spiffy and bright! Kareem on the maintenance team is amazing too!
