If you don't need to live here please don't. Their rent fluctuates and their services like trash pickup is awful. The PM is another reason. She's immature, vindictive and petty. She's barely ever at work and make promises that are never kept. The moving out process is another thing: Whenever your lease ends, move out the day before because they charge you the " day's rent". If your lease ends July 1, move out June 30 because they charge you for July 1 and they will charge you 2 month's water bill (which never comes monthly).... read more
Zero stars if I could. Wish we never moved into Rosemont Dunwoody, our unit got bedbugs — now management is charging us $600 in fees. The bathrooms had grotesque mold that they simply spray-painted over instead of fixing. The floors are not even close to level, making the whole place feel poorly maintained from the start. Our ceiling is now falling apart, and paint chips fall daily into my children’s play area. Man oh man, This experience has been wild lol I’m trying to be positive but it only gets worse smh. I moved in november 2024, although some apartments in the front maybe in better conditions BUT the ones in the very back where I was at was mold city smh. I always was sick staying there in the bed if not at work. The moment I moved out I was completely fine and felt better. My experience with this condominium was very unpleasant. I applied, and the process took days. They asked for documentation, and I brought all the necessary documents and paid. The fees required for two people are listed on the website, but when you get there, you pay another amount. I spent R$325 there. In the end, it was approved on the condition that I would have to pay, in addition to the month's rent and move-in fees, a deposit of R$500, which was non-refundable.
