Zero stars if I could. Wish we never moved into Rosemont Dunwoody, our unit got bedbugs — now management is charging us $600 in fees. The bathrooms had grotesque mold that they simply spray-painted over instead of fixing. The floors are not even close to level, making the whole place feel poorly maintained from the start. Man oh man, This experience has been wild lol I’m trying to be positive but it only gets worse smh. I moved in november 2024, although some apartments in the front maybe in better conditions BUT the ones in the very back where I was at was mold city smh. I always was sick staying there in the bed if not at work. The moment I moved out I was completely fine and felt better. My experience with this condominium was very unpleasant. I applied, and the process took days. They asked for documentation, and I brought all the necessary documents and paid. The fees required for two people are listed on the website, but when you get there, you pay another amount. I spent R$325 there. In the end, it was approved on the condition that I would have to pay, in addition to the month's rent and move-in fees, a deposit of R$500, which was non-refundable. I have lived at Rosemont at East Cobb for over 5 years and absolutely love it. The apartments are spacious and clean. The staff is always so kind and helpful. I wanted to upgrade and move, but upon my search for other apartments, I realized Rosemont was the best option. Anaiyah made the transfer process so easy.
