My experience with this condominium was very unpleasant. I applied, and the process took days. They asked for documentation, and I brought all the necessary documents and paid. The fees required for two people are listed on the website, but when you get there, you pay another amount. I spent R$325 there. I have lived at Rosemont at East Cobb for over 5 years and absolutely love it. The apartments are spacious and clean. The staff is always so kind and helpful. I wanted to upgrade and move, but upon my search for other apartments, I realized Rosemont was the best option. Anaiyah made the transfer process so easy. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE OR APPLY HERE. I WAS TOLD I WAS GETTING A FULL REFUND FOR BOTH APPLICATION AND ADMINISTRATIVE FEE IF NOT APPROVED and was told it would automatic refund…did that happen ? No wait it would go back to my original form of payment and then had another girl call me back and say it’s going to be in check form and I’d have to wait up to 30 days to get it back 😂these people are scammers literally and then say it’s not going to be the full refund partial???
