there are ferrel cats and they treat you like crap
RecommendedI lived there for 10 years , never had a problem with management or residents until a had noisy neighbor with kids , the staff valued me and my concerns and handled the situation in a timely manner which Ireally appreciated. I loved just coming home to my view and the lake .The only reason I moved is because I became a homeowner ! I highly recommend Rosemont Apartments
Was hunting for apartments and drive thru the property and seen that the property is not well kept. Garbage everywhere. The dampstar seems like not cleaned for weeks. People driving inside the neighborhood like they are on hwy 285. I felt very unsafe. My suggestion to all. Do not lease there any apartment.
Very peaceful and friendly community!
