Manager leaves issues for staff to handle as he goes off on vacation. My issue was about relocation to another state and according to manager I owe alot more money now. My rent was always on time. No complaints from tenents about me. I'm going to a friend who is a lawyer to discuss this. Very, very disappointed.
The new management is amazing. Went above and beyond to fix a problem in a rental unit that the last crew screwed up! I went from excited to be a part of the rosemeade community to a feeling of shock when looking at the unit on my lease. The last batch put me in the wrong layout and Sharon and Steve bent over backwards to bring me a sense of peace and brought back my excitement to my new home. I can't thank them enough for their dedication and hard work to do the right thing!
Great place to live. The new management has done an amazing job. Clean, safe, and peaceful environment. Maintenance is on top of any issue that may arise. The parking lot is well maintained and the landscaping is beautiful. I would recommend Rosemeade to anyone. Check it out for yourself, you won't be disappointed.
