Handled a last minute (They answered after hours, I expected to leave a voicemail!) order and executed it beautifully! I live out of state and this will be my go-to for ordering flowers in this area going forward, without a doubt. Thank you again. I just saw pictures of the arrangement and it was beautiful.

Arrangement is very nice. This was for my wife for our anniversary. Only negative is there is a price tag stuck on the vase the arrangement came in.
I ordered flowers to be delivered to my Mom on her 70th birthday. The flowers were never delivered and still two days later, Rosemary & Pepper will not answer their phone. *Update: I received a call back and they issued a refund. They were very kind and explained that they had a tech issue with their website.
