UNPROFESSIONAL! This was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Literally the most time consuming and disappointing part of planning my wedding. The sleeves were 8 WEEKS LATE and we’re missing the crystals I paid extra for. They came a week before my wedding and are not right. She never reached out to me to explain that the order might be late and I never heard from her unless I reached out first.
