Had a scheduled tele - appointment that I showed up to early for and this doctor nor anyone from their office ever came on the call. I waited over an hour before I called into their office and their only 'solution' was to re-schedule for another MONTH out. That is UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Several years ago Dr. Jones saved my step sons life following a botched up appendectomy performed at another facility. He was transferred to Carmel St. Vincent’s hospital and Dr. Jone’s immediately took him to surgery. Her quick actions, immediate surgery, saved his life and we are forever grateful. Dr. Jones is beyond a doubt the best.
Dr. Rosie Jones perfromed my Roux en Y gastric bypass 8 years ago on Sept. 18, 2009 while operating as a surgeon for St. Vincent's Bariatric Center for Excellence. After 18 months of hard work, tough/honest talks, some tears, and motivational pep talks; I went from 297 lbs (a size 26) to 160 lbs (a size 10). I had never felt so healthy and alive since 4th grade. I was a single mother of 2 young children who had become recently engaged. Dr. Rosie restored my love for life and an understanding.
Was taken to er by ambulance. Due to abdominal pain. ..within 30 min she had me diagnosed and scheduled for emergency surgery. . Saved my life ...Excellent at job
