I went get my cap put back on my tooth and the dentist told me to to have the foundation extracted by an oral surgeon--I went to another Dental Office and they put the cap back on with no problem--I DO NOT recommend this place at all.

Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Yes, I could tell they practiced good oral hygiene Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Yes, I received sample toothbrushes and toothpaste Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes

I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments Was this provider's office clean? It was satisfactory

I have been very pleased with the very friendly Dr. Shalman and her staff, especially the practical, down-to-earth advice, options, and treatment I have received. I also appreciate the convenience and personal I receive by visiting this small, solo practitioner dental office, and not feeling like one of many dozen patients passing through each day. I can't say I would consider anything about the practice to be state-of-the-art, but it works for me.
