Over charged me for work done on my car
Total scam. Avoid at all costs. I took my car here because it was shaking while driving. They replaced the front wheel bearings. When I got the car back, though, the car was still shaking, and a bunch of the sensors were broken, including the speed sensor and the ABS sensor. They told me that the sensors must have broken while the car was on the lift. They wanted $400 to replace the things they broke. On top of that, these guys are awful communicators. Brought my Jetta here for a basic transmission service...just fluid change, filter replacement and pan replacement was quoted 270. Get a call two days later saying that it needed 769 dollars worth of work! . So I told the owner if they install my drive belt restrictor (simple 10 minute task) I would agree to the work, and the owner agreed. I get my car back a week later and it's still having transmission issues and....."I can't make this up" they stole all my change out of my center console(about 70 bucks worth of quarters).... read more
Ali was definitely a scam artist. This shop owes me $600 for a bad welding job on my catalytic converters. After they left my car out all night and someone cut them off!
