Great place, everything you could ask for, and all top of the line. Happy I joined, and it's right across from my condo!
Great space, great equipment. Most importantly great staff (special shout out to trainer Kristen). A place where you can give your all and feel relaxed about it at the same time - a feeling you don't get at the "McGyms" around the city.
I love spinning and for many years I have participated in numerous classes at different clubs and I have been with great cycling instructors. Now I am an instructor myself, I appreciate all the more the skill, effort, and enthusiasm that goes into every class. But there is always room to learn more.
