Beautiful facilities but poor customer service.
I have been working here as a Group Fitness instructor for almost a year. Out of the 8 venues I teach group fitness this is far the best one. The manager is extremely approachable, he is always professional and the members' needs are always first. The club is not too busy, always spanking spotless clean staffed with friendly, welcoming PTs, reception staff. Great space!!!!! Great atmosphere!!!
Really like the structured run classes and the structured spin classes.
I believe the club has to teach its own staff manners. One of the trainers (Ana Zinenko), today just ignored my stuff being right beside the machine and myself standing near, put her client there. On my question, instead of simple "sorry", she just reply: "how do I know you are here? machines doesn't belong only to you". Excuse me? I don't mind sharing, but why you are talking to other customers like that??? Just only you are working in this club?
Great club, but awful management. General manager doesn't care about your needs and concerns. I wouldn't recommend this club to anyone.
The gym has man good qualities, but unfortunately there have been leaks in the roof for weeks,which have been in addressing
