I got my car fixed in a timely manner.
Poor service, low communication and prices ranges up. We made an appointment to take our truck on February 5 at 9:30 am. When we got there we talked with Jeff Hetrick, he was with low communication skills and a little rude and he told us that he was going to look at our truck later in the afternoon. I can't understand why I lost my time making an appointment at 9;30 am. He called us later in that afternoon saying that he needs to replace 2 connectors but he is going to work on it the next day because it's late. We received a... read more

I had another excellent service experience at Rosedale Chevrolet. Replacement of my tire monitor only took an hour. Harry Pho, my service tech, was polite and friendly (again!) and kept me informed on progress. Vicky, the cashier (an absolutely lovely person) checked me out so efficiently and in a friendly manner. So glad this is my go-to service department!
