F.C I was very happy with the service from this office because i was able to have my work started on the same day as my initial visit.My follow up appointment was given to me the next week and i didnt have to wait a long time to see the doctor.
JC I was very pleased with the service from the staff and doctor.The doctor answered all my questions and concerns.I would refer all my friends and family to this office.
Poor service, Just want your money.. Staff is really nice on initial start of treatment. But after long term treatment is rendered, I did not feel they care much about their patients, only the money they can get out of them. I do not recommend you do orthodontics in this office. It is difficult to get appointments as dr is only there once every 2 weeks. When he is there, he is too overwhelmed with his patients to provide decent treatment.
Made me feel like a money bag I tried this office because of several recommendations. After the check up I was told I needed a gum treatment. This I didn't mind. When I went in for the gum treatment I was told my fillings were old, I hadn't had a problem with them but didn't mind trading out the silver for white. So when I went in for the fillings I was told I needed another procedure and I just thought they figured out I had no cap on my dental and was trying to make more and more money off me. Great Staff & Prices I really liked this dental office. They saw me on time and my checkup was great. I asked about having my teeth bleached and they explained to me that my insurance does not cover bleaching and the staff offered me the kit at the specail price of $79.00 normally $350. I am thinking of getting braces and they offered me a free consultation. I will post another review after my ortho consult.
