Davis Square's much adored Rosebud Diner which closed down in 2013 has been revived as Rosebud American Kitchen & Bar. John Delpha and Joe Cassinelli are behind the metamorphosis of this iconic diner. Great atmosphere, great food, great service. Plan on reservations if your wanting a table before 830 pm on a Saturday night.
Everything I've had is delicious! The OJ is fresh squeezed not too sweet. The eggs Benedict is amazing. The hollandaise sauce is one of the best I've had.
Chicken and waffles were delicious! The chicken was bone out so eat without worry of chocking on a bone.
The food was absolutely delicious and the staff is super friendly. Atmosphere is gorgeous and has lots of seating available.
Great place! Nice, local and plenty of great food to eat. The staff are friendly too.
