I spoke with Michael Piercer at Rosebud Company after reaching out through email. I had some floor movement during my first winter in my home and i wanted an experts opinion on how to move forward. Rosebud has a towering number of years of experience in restoring wood floors in houses, including those in the Druid Hills Historic District, many of which were built in the early 1920s. I was uncertain how they were going to restore the floors of my 1920 house without sanding and then finishing.
