We were looking for a floor refinisher and what we found was a pair of artists. Rosebud Company’s Michael Purser and Jenna Novic transformed old beveled pine which had been ill treated for nearly six decades into a beautiful floor that, scars and all, looks as good as it did when it was new. I have worked with Michael and Jenna for over 20 years now. They are my first call for all my wood flooring needs. Time and time again they provide excellent service and guidance. They installed new wood flooring to match existing and refinished all the wood floors the first time. Almost 20 years later, they refinished them making them new again. It is a pleasure to work with them and grateful to have such a valuable resource in our local community.

We think the Rosebud Company tops the list of companies you would want to use for refinishing your floors. They are super knowledgeable, do great work and you can be confident they will not try to recommend work you don’t need. But if you do need it, they do a great job.

Rosebud just finished their Clean & Recoat process on the heart pine floors in my 1905 home in Grant Park, along with a bit of restoration. Everything about the experience was top notch. Most importantly, the end result is beautiful! Michael and Jenna were professional, courteous and prompt at every step. They communicate very clearly about what they do and why. The price was reasonable for such excellent work. I highly recommend The Rosebud Company for floor work on any historic property.
