I originally posted a positive review during my first year renting here. This is my 2nd year renewal and the have raised my rent by 5% increase. I wrote a letter regarding this to Oakwood (the management co) and received no response. I then had to call to finally discuss my concerns and received no effort to compromise or address the issues I referenced in my letter.
