Holly is the absolute best. My husband and I were living in Colorado and needed a realtor who could help us through the home buying journey from over 1,000 miles away. Holly was great! She showed us many homes and let us know about several before they even hit the market. She knew everything about Virginia beach and knew the pros and cons of every neighborhood. Holly was incredible. In this crazy home buying time, she found our dream home 15 minutes after it went on the market, had secured a walkthrough the same day, and aided us in writing the offer that secured the home. She never sugarcoated anything, and was quick to note any problems in a home that may later have cost us a lot of money. As a military family moving into Virginia Beach, we had no idea where to begin, but luckily, Holly knew exactly what we needed. I cannot recommend her strongly enough.
Holly listed my house in Portsmouth for me in November. The house had been a rental for me for the last 7 years as I had moved to FL.
