I do not even know where to begin with the lack of professionalism from Rose & Womble, ******** ****** **** I signed a lease with this company on 07/31/2018. I have had nothing but issues with this company ever since. Two days after I moved in, I had to have a plumber come out to get the corroded washer and dryer hookups in the garage. This was only the beginning of a huge mess. I have had to make 14 services calls to the location in 3 years. TEN of these service calls were due to the HVAC. Rose & Womble, Chandler Property Management (RWCPM) is the manager of the property for the Owner. RWCPM cannot spend money on a property without the Owner's permission and sometimes repairs take longer depending on what the Owner's response is to us. Ms. ******** states her issues with the HVAC unit were numerous and reported often. When the Owner agreed to the repair the parts were on backorder and it did take longer to do the repair because of that. This is by far the worst property management company we have ever worked with. We are renters and were only renting from this company for a year. These people are unprofessional, money-hungry scammers who take advantage of military members in an already tough and stressful situation when it comes to moving their families. SUPER DISAPPOINTED and APPALLED at the lack of professionalism, timeliness and accuracy of the agent we used at Rose and Womble.
