I took some time to reflect on my experience at Roseway before writing this review. I came into treatment with both addiction and significant mental health challenges. While I was told the program supports both, my experience was that the mental health side of care was not adequately addressed. I hate leaving reviews. However this is my 3rd clients complain about this place and i have to warn people. A client of mine was suicidal and they kept her for the money and ehrn she had an overdose they laughed and said she was acting. This is one of many story's I've heard. The positive reviews you see on line are all false this place left a traumatic impact on so many people I know. I have a complaint about Aryelle, she is a very rude person. I have a friend who is 8 months sober that lives at one of your houses and she’s still making her go to meetings everyday there is no reason why she should have to go to meetings every single day being 8 months sober. I have taken a lot of time to reflect on my experience at Roseway.. A couple years even. Thinking at the time maybe I was inexperienced in this whole thing and trying to find my wrong doing. Overpriced, Overcrowded, Over rated! I lived at Roseway for less than a month. 18 girls in one house. 2 stovetop burners don't work. There is no water pressure in the shower or sinks and the sinks don't drain!! 1 washer and dryer is broken, leaving 1 washer dryer for 18 girls. No silverware. No cleaning supplies. All of my jeans and sweatpants went missing. They provide one case of garbage bags that ran out halfway through the month, leaving the girls responsible for buying more.
