A different place that previous reveiw for sure!! – Yep, It's good and getting better. It used to be a real nice complex to live in, then management ran it into the ground they didn't care. Now, it is changing! Nice mix of people here. Most neighbors know each other more like a family. Living conditions – I have lived here for alittle over a year now inorder to fullfil my contract. I have complained the whole time of noise in hallways and other apartments with no satisfaction. Most tenants are younger and do not respect other tenants. Noise usually continues all night and starts around 10PM or morning hrs around 2 or 3AM. Police have been summoned but nothing done to stop the sleepless nights.
