Terrible landlord - do not rent from them.
My friends rented this place for a year while their house was being rebuilt. DO NOT rent this place. The landlord is the worst. No privacy. Extra $$ charges regardless if you clean on move out. There are other places. Pass on this place.

The Rauches left the hours filthy and with many intentional damages. The costs to restore the house to the condition it was in when they moved in far exceeded their deposit. When the Rauches were exhausting their living allowance from their home owner's insurance, I reduced their rent by $1500 for 6 months for a total of $9000, so they would not be homeless. I do not think that would be done by a bad landlord.
Please don't rent this place. We regretted it. i could write a book on the issues we had when we rented this house from Brenda. The most alarming thing was when i came home one day and found Brenda inside my house. She had "forgot" to tell me the cable repair man was coming and since l wasnt home just decided that it was okay to let herself in and look around. I am on the same well as the rental house. If the water smelled like sewer, I would definitely have fixed it. When Jessica told me about the smell, we went into the kitchen, I got a glass and ran water in it and could smell nothing. She also could not smell any odors. I told her to call me when she smell it again and never heard from her.
