I don’t recommend these apartments to call home. Something is always broken or your property gets broken into—manager doesn’t do a thing about it. People with low class have no consideration of parking. They park wherever they want—blocking the alley.. I don’t recommend these apartments at all. Save your money and time.. look elsewhere!!

Worst apartment to rent from. The managers that are hired don’t care about anything. We tried for almost 2 years to get our ac replaced but nope they never did. They claim to have cameras everywhere but they “don’t work” when something bad happens. Even the Anza Management company doesn’t care. They also turn off the water whenever they feel like it and no notice of when it will be turned back on. Save your money and rent somewhere else. Also don’t park your car in the parking because the cars get broken into a lot.
