Worst apartment in Arlington dont live in here. Always 100$ fee for nothing
When I 1st moved here everything was smooth. Management was great and maintenance arrived within a day or two of submitting a request, every since the Management company was changed, it's been hard to get a hold of anyone (I've been trying for months) and maintenance takes a long time to come out and fix issues. I paid my rent a few months in advance on the online portal and was basically "penalized" for it. Instead of showing a credit, it showed that I owed money. Other than these issues I love living here, it's peaceful.
