I am in love with this place and in love with these people! My fiance and I had an incredible experience. They went the extra mile setting up and lighting candles, organizing decorations, making sure the lighting was perfect and the music just right. I seriously can not say thank you enough for everything they did for me. I'm a lifetime fan/customer!
I felt what I ordered is not what I received. Upon letting The Rose Shop know they were prompt about contacting me, explaining their position, and insisting that they make it up to me. Although pictures didn't match (which I somewhat expected due to seasonal avaiability) the upgraded the size of the order and amount of flowers used. My wife was happy regardless, but I was happy that The Rose Shop cared enough to be friendly with me and make it right.
We had a wedding and reception in December. Very pleased with everything. Venue is beautiful and the Rose Shop Team is great to work with and very helpful.
Thank you for creating the most beautiful arrangements for our Grandma's funeral. Loved how you made our old nostalgic milk can a show stopper!
Thanks so much for hosting a family fun night. Love you did it for free. I works at well for us bigger family's.
