horrible !!!!! this place great location but people are nasty! very unfriendly, horrible service not even sure if they are lisenced. Don't go! PROS: none CONS: everything
RELAXING EXPERIENCE I visited Rose Salon and Spa on 12/12/07 and was pleased to see the salon was under "NEW" management. The interior of the salon has been completely renovated into a soothing and peaceful environment. The service was superb, from the moment I walked in to the time I left. I live so close to this salon and was so glad to see the new owners take over and add some style and class. I highly recommend.
