I've known Jen for about 8 years. I met her when I rented a property she was managing in Tyler. I used her to eventually find a place to buy and I've referred her to family members that were selling. We've all had a great experience with her and now she's like part of the family.
These people tried to kick me out after paying rent because their system charges a holding fee that my bank did not recognize. (I paid on the due date.) When my 12 month lease was finished and I cleaned the house spotless for move out they charged me $200 extra dollars for their new tenant cleaning fees out of my deposit. They are bullies!!! They also had extermination issues!
I have to say, these are not your average realtors. They have gone above and beyond for my family. If you are looking for a realtor that will go the extra mile for you, then look no further. I will be recommending to my friends and family!
