RecommendedAs I remember my experience: The building is very large, a lot of walking for a lot of people with injuries n/or disabilities making it painfully difficult to get around! Also very beautiful n pleasing atmosphere. It was the first time I had my picture n hand print taken, connecting to Bay Care System! Which has, since come in handy at several other Bay Care Centers! Brenda at the front desk is simply amazing . She is friendly, helpful, and compassionate . The MRI technicians are also wonderful. They take the time to answer questions and make certain I was comfortable.
Sadly I went for my appt on April 18th and I learned I cant xray in the tube longer than 3 sec . Rescheduled doe another time , another location , for sitting MRI . This location told me they will refund my 275$ to my acct but can take few days ... yeah. Checking my acct every few days and on April 23rd I contacted Mrs Kearney Koleduk ( billing director ) asking about the refund . Got an email that my $ will be immediately released to my bank acct .... guess what ? Today May 11th , almost a month after and I still HAVE NO MO... read more
Dr. Alan Schwartz is the best in his field. He is a very Kind and Sensitive man. The whole staff is great. He and I went through all the Mamos and Ultrasound and explained what I was looking at. And my questions with compassion and understanding of my situation . I recommend him highly. I will go no where else. Dr. Schwartz will be my Radiologist.
At top of webpage shows a Trinity location, but under "locations" doesn't even list Trinity. No address or nothing. Secret address, you have to find it on your own I guess?? No hours listed for ANY location on the website, and none on the automated phone system either. Waited 15min on hold to find out the hours, nobody ever answered. Called 800 number and 727 number. No answer on either at 8:45am.
The staff was very kind and worked together to get me in for an xray and ultrasound. They were very kind to have worked me into the schedule. Everyone deserves an A rating!!!!
