The owner of Rose Quality Garage Doors answered my call when my garage door would not open after the painter finished painting the door. My car was parked in my garage and I couldn't get out to run an urgent errand. Stephen Rose instructed me step by step on the phone to the resolution. Within 10 minutes it was working. He saved me the expense of a service call and a missed appointment. That is what I call great service!

TOTALLY IMPRESSED!!! My garage door was stuck and it wouldn't close on a sunny Saturday afternoon. Steve fixed it for me. I will no longer call the chain Preci. They have a new customer for life! 10 STARS!!!
5 Stars I called Steve on an early Sunday morning. He and his team were at my house before lunch and quickly got our badly damaged garage door back in working order. He and his team were friendly professionals that did outstanding work at a very fair price and have already followed up to make sure again that I was completely satisfied. Rose replaced my old garage door, hardware and all plus installed a new opener in a timely manner and were very professional. And the price was very reasonable.
